This page dedicated to my Glider Club where I flew for the first time.

Leningrad Aviation and Sport Club was founded in 1964 and was financially supported by Leningrad Meteorologic Institute and DOSAAF (Freewill society for the Army, Aviation and Navy Support. Strange, Ahh?!).

Some Club Members flew through the all years when club was active until it was closed in 1992 due to the financial situation in Russia.
