One man Rigging. By Kevin Pickering.

The base unit has the car scissor jack welded to it. I welded a spigot to the top of the jack, this slots in the cradle unit close to the angle adjuster. The large wheels take most of the load. The arms with the small wheels keep the dolly upright, the wheels being just clear of the ground if the dolly is held vertical. Wing Doley
The wing cradle is made of square tube, plywood and a carpet cover. I've had to glue a rubber sheet to the center of the carpet to stop the wing sliding along when trying to move the wing/dolly combination. What you can't see properly, in this photo, is the device that holds the wing in place. Once the wing is pulled out of the trailer and placed in the dolly, the device is loosened, slid down over the wing and tightened. Wing Doley
This is a close up of the angle adjuster. This is used to line up the fwd and aft wing bearings with the A/F pins.

This image shows the base unit and cradle assembled. The jack raises or lowers the wing to align wing/fuselage and spar/opposite wing bearings after the first wing has been inserted and trestled.

Wing Doley
In e-mail people saying it's hard to see how I could get the 107kg wing onto the dolly. I don't know how your trailer is configured but in my LAK trailer the wing root end is supported in a wheeled dolly, on rails, at the far end. The wing is then supported on the side of the trailer in the middle and at the tip. So, basically, this is how I rig - fuselage out, dolly alongside fuse' just aft of wing area. Now this is the heaviest part - lift wing tip up and away from support. Pull wing out of trailer until airbrakes almost level with dolly, rest wing on dolly. Move down wing and slide the retainer (attached to cradle) over wing and lock. Move back to tip and pull wing out of trailer until root dolly is on trailer door. Push down on wing tip to "seesaw" the root dolly off of the door and onto the ground. Wing Doley
Pull wing out, along the side of the fuselage until the spar aligns with the fus' cut outs. Apply upward pressure on tip (which puts positive pressure on root dolly, to hold it in place) and walk the tip round (in an arc) until the wing is 90deg to fuse. Casually walk (trying to look cool) down to the root (the wing is balanced in the wing dolly), remove the root dolly from the spar, rotate the wing and maneuver the wing into the fuselage and engage the bearings.
